By accessing or using ECS Network™ ("ECS", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

ECS is open to players, managers, and organizations participating in mobile esports. Some features require an account and, where stated, an approved manager or organization status.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login details secure. You may sign in with email, Google, or Discord.

Competition & Conduct

Participation in ECS leagues, divisions, and scrims is subject to event rules and fair-play standards. Cheating, account sharing, match-fixing, harassment, hate speech, or any conduct that harms the community may result in warnings, removal from competitions, or account suspension.

Organizations & Rosters

Managers are responsible for the accuracy of their organization profile, teams, and rosters. ECS may review submissions, adjust divisions, or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (logos, banners, names, bios). By submitting it, you grant ECS a licence to display it on the platform. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.

Intellectual Property

The ECS Network name, logo, and platform are the property of ECS. Game titles and related trademarks belong to their respective owners; ECS is an independent community competition platform and is not endorsed by the game publishers.

Disclaimers

ECS is provided "as is". We work to keep the platform accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free data.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform grows. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
